SKETCHBOOK

Before any brushes touch canvas my work usually begins from a sketchbook. Despite the fact I’m constantly striving to be more free flowing in my process, there are very few exceptions to that rule. What maybe begins as a free flowing idea more often than not becomes a little more rigid once I start drawing grids and assessing what colours I wish to use.
